First, we understand our mind
This course on Mind Mastery will give you an understanding of your mind, thinking, feeling and emotions. It will also teach you the direct relationship between mind and body and how they are not separate at all.
Second, we start to train the mind
This course on Mind Mastery will help give you this. You have to do your part and do the practices. This is your commitment.
Third, we work with habit creation.
The way your mind works is that what you put the energy of your attention into, consciously or unconsciously grows.
We will help you understand and train your attention. Attention is often habitual.
As we change the habits of mind, your mind changes. To grow new habits we start incrementally.
So, the practices are given for you to weave them into your life, every day, for just a short period of time.

We provide the understanding and the strategies of practice, you have to do the work.
We help you understand habit creation and help you build new brain habits, you have to implement this on a daily basis.
There's a lot of content to cover, but anyone can learn these skills with the right guidance.
This is the structure we've found best supports people to gain the knowledge and practical skills to start making big improvements in their life!
The practices are laid out over a 12 week period for you to develop what you have learnt each week before you dive into the next lesson.
The 1st 4 lessons will be available to you immediately as a in-depth introduction to the subject. From there a new lesson will be available each week to ensure you have the time to develop your Micro-practices.
During each lesson you will have several of these Micro-practices to work into your daily routine. Each practice will draw on the rationale, the theory you've learnt in the lessons before, as well as on ancient and modern methods from yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
The lessons are presented in a simple video format with supplement downloadable content to help you further understand and engage with the practices each day.

I’ve been active in deep study, practice and living yoga in its various forms of physical practice (asana), bodywork, breathwork and pranayama, meditation and mindfulness, vibration and mantra, devotion and bhakti for over 35 years.
I’m also a biologist and studied much in the world of western psychology. This course is rich in the relationship between us as biology, our psychology and then how the practices derived from yoga and meditation help us.
I am very keen on taking practices and liberating them from the accretions of religion so that you get a secular base to your practice rooted in biology, psychology and neuroscience.

How long does it take to get results?
You will start to feel the difference immediately. However, to get sustained difference in your life it takes about fifty days of continuous practice to start to make that difference in a big way. The introduction is 21 days. The full programme is 84 days. 84 days is enough to really feel the difference these practices can make when you practice with diligence.
Are there any problems that mind training can’t help with?
When we understand body as mind as well as thoughts, beliefs, emotions and feeling we can understand that Mind Mastery is a comprehensive review of all the elements of your being. Whatever problems you have in your life Mind Mastery will help you take responsibility for your responses to those problems, and find a more solution-focused approach. I have not yet come across a problem Mind Mastery won’t on some level help with.
Can the practices hurt you?
These practices cannot hurt you if you have no preexisting conditions or injuries. However, if you do have any medical conditions which you feel might inhibit you from doing the practices, they can be modified to suit you. Ask in the forum or private message me for modified practices for your personal needs.
What happens if I don’t practice every day?
You are the one who is learning to take responsibility through these practices. We are here to guide you not rescue you. As a part of our learning sometimes we have to fail at our discipline and learn how that affects us. If you don’t practice every day, you can catch up. Part of what we are doing here is building the art of discipline and positive habit creation. Your unique learning curve may require you to feel how it is to not practice. If you do drop practice, notice it, be kind to your self and get back on the horse as it were, as quickly as possible for you. Getting back into your practices as quickly as you can then makes sense, because you know it is you who are making the difference that makes the difference through regular practice.
What happens if I miss a lesson? And can I repeat lessons?
You can catch up anytime you want. You will have lifetime access to the lessons that have been made available to you through the Mind Mastery Course. Yes, anytime you need to repeat you can. You have lifetime access to the lessons from them being made available to you.
What can I do if I have questions or am struggling with the practices?
You can join the private, members-only facebook community and join in our monthly discussions and Q&A's where you can bring your questions to the group and ask Christopher for help or clarification as you need. If you have personal questions then you can contact Christopher directly.
Are there any practices I shouldn’t do if I am menstruating or pregnant?
There are two practices that should not be done for the first three or four days of menstruation. Take a break from these two practices during these three days and catch up later. There are also two practices that should not be done whilst you are pregnant. You can come back to these practices postnatally. If you need help with these we will help you through the forum. You can also contact Christopher directly if you prefer more privacy.
Is this course connected to any religion?
No. This course is derived from practices taken from the world of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. These practices have historically been associated with and taken care of by religions, however, in and of themselves they are independent of these religions. This is a totally secular approach to practice.
What happens when I reach the end of the course?
1) You have lifetime access to the course material, so you can repeat as you need. 2) You can join our Mind Mastery level 2.0 when it is ready, it will be awesome! 3) You can join our Somatic Yoga course, Yoga of the Living Body when it is ready. 4) You can come and join one of our retreats and find a community of like-minded practitioners.
